Refund policy

Wrapzy Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, here's what we offer:

Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@wrapzy.in and we'll replace or refund it.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
