Where We Ship We currently ship to all states and union territories across India.

Shipping Rates We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹49 on all orders, regardless of order size or weight.

Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking All orders are shipped via Delhivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the Delhivery website using your tracking number.

Delays Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mahalaxmienterprise881@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with Delhivery to resolve the issue promptly.
